Ace Metal Spinning is known for producing custom-designed metal components for various industries through its precision metal spinning services. Focusing on lighting, ventilation, and safety product applications Ace’s state-of-the-art equipment includes several CNC and hand spinning lathes, which can accommodate a number of metals including aluminum, cold rolled and stainless steels, brass, copper, and bronze. We specialize in, but are not limited to working with aluminum from .040” – .125” thick, cold rolled steel from 22 – 16 gauge, and brass from .032” – .063”.
Our superior quality extends from prototype to high volume production. We inspect each piece we manufacture for size and tolerances, and ensure our products meet various industry standards. We are also members of various trade associations including TMA, IMA & PMA.
